Bid Opportunities

The Purchasing Office procures bulk supplies, special services, building repairs and construction, and public works projects and equipment for all City departments, following applicable city ordinances, state laws and regulations, and federal laws and regulations. Procurement processes are conducted in a manner that ensures open and fair competition, with the objective of acquiring the needed item or service at the lowest possible cost, consistent with expected delivery and quality requirements.

Current Open IFBs/RFPs

To obtain currently open Invitation for Bids (IFBs) / Request for Proposals (RFPs) information, please send an email to purchasing@haverhillma.gov with the IFB/RFP# and Description in the subject line, and the requester's name, address and other contact information in the body of the message. **

Open IFBs/RFPs

All open IFBs/RFPs shall be available for a period of no less than 14 days from the date they are advertised.  The City of Haverhill reserves the right to waive minor discrepancies and to reject any or all bids and proposals.
